Job Summary

Rustic Furniture Warehouse Sales is seeking a friendly and service-oriented Sales Associate to join our family owned Rustic Furniture Warehouse team! As Sales Associate, you will assist customers with their furniture needs and ensure an excellent shopping experience. Responsibilities include working the register, keeping track of social media questions, and maintaining the store’s appearance. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in customer service and be a team player.

Responsibilities

Must be self motivated and detail oriented
Greet each customer with a smile and provide assistance while they are shopping
Create customer invoices using our POS software
Collect and post payments
Maintain and update social media platforms (Facebook and Instagram)
Develop and maintain solid product knowledge in order to best help customers with their selections
Answer phones quickly and effectively
Be willing to assist in maintaining the store's appearance

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent
Ability to read, count, write, and communicate clearly and effectively
Understanding of sales techniques and best practices in customer service
Willingness to work well in a team environment
Ability to quickly and accurately work a register
Must have good math, 10-Key, and keyboarding skills
Must be available to work Saturdays
Dependable

Compensation: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
