Job Summary
Wilson's Appliances is seeking a friendly and service-oriented Customer Service Associate to join our team! As a Customer Service Associate, you will assist customers with Questions, service related help, guidance in the industry and show them what Wilson's Customer service is all about. Responsibilities may include customer statuses, inventory system management, product knowledge and maintaining the store’s appearance. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in customer service and knowledge of admin work, problem solving, phone calls and data entry, but most importantly excelling in customer service.

Responsibilities 
  • Greet each customer with a smile and provide assistance while they are shopping
  • Follow up on Orders, Status Updates, and Inventory checks.  
  • Collect payments by cash and credit card
  • Take added responsibility for showroom cleanliness, displays, and a overall store appearance. 
  • Develop and maintain solid product knowledge in order to best help customers with their selections.

Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to read, count, write, and communicate clearly and effectively
  • Understanding of sales techniques and best practices in customer service
  • Willingness to work well in a team environment
  • Ability to quickly and accurately work a register
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule
Compensation: $13.00 - $18.00 per hour
