As a Retail Sales Associate, you will assist customers with their shopping needs and ensure an excellent shopping experience. The ideal candidate will have customer service experience.

Responsibilities

Greet each customer with a smile, and provide assistance while they are shopping
Enter sales into the POS system and balance daily transactions
Take responsibility for stocking, inventory, and store maintenance.
Develop and maintain product knowledge in order to best help customers with their selections.
Assisting with special events
Other tasks as needed

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent
Ability to read, count, write, and communicate clearly and effectively
Understanding of sales techniques and best practices in customer service
Willingness to work well in a team environment
Ability to efficiently use new technology and train others

Compensation: $30,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
