Join Feldkamp's Home Furnishings, Inc. as a Furniture Delivery Driver and Warehouse Associate! In this dynamic role, you will be the face of our company, delivering high-quality furniture to our valued customers while ensuring smooth warehouse operations. Responsibilities:
- Safely deliver furniture to customer locations with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Assist in loading and unloading furniture from delivery trucks and warehouse inventory.
- Maintain accurate delivery schedules and communicate effectively with customers.
- Inspect furniture for quality and ensure it meets company standards before delivery.
- Organize and maintain warehouse inventory, ensuring a clean and safe work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize delivery routes and efficiency.
- Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries, addressing any questions or concerns.
- Participate in training programs to enhance delivery and warehouse skills.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Previous experience in delivery or warehouse operations is a plus.
- Ability to lift heavy furniture and equipment safely.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
- Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Flexibility to work varying hours, including weekends as needed.
