Job Summary

Sleepy Hollow Furniture is seeking an energetic and motivated Delivery Driver/Warehouse Associate to join our team. In this position, you will support warehouse operations by receiving shipments, processing orders, and storing/organizing inventory. The ideal candidate is a team player with experience operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.

Responsibilities

Preparing, loading and unloading the delivery vehicle
Responsible for transporting items from one location to another, ensuring punctual and safe delivery in good condition
Ability to communicate effectively with customers
Process incoming shipments in a neat and organized fashion
Inspect incoming shipments for any damages, defects, or errors
Ensure all inventory is scanned and in proper location
Maintain store grounds
Adhere to all health and safety guidelines

Qualifications

High school diploma/GED is preferred
Drivers License
Previous experience working in a warehouse setting is preferred
Capable of standing for long periods and lifting heavy objects
Ability to work with limited supervision
Excellent organizational and time management skills
