Jarvis Smart Homes is seeking a highly skilled Lead Technician to join our team at Jarvis Smart Homes. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Wi-Fi and networking, home automation, A/V, home theater, security cameras, and alarm systems. While this position will be leading others, it is also the expectation that the role will include installation and programming.
Responsibilities:
• Perform installations and oversee low-voltage technicians and subcontractors.
• Assign tasks and manage project timelines and budgets.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on-site to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
• Manage inventory and ensure job site preparation and cleanup.
• Deliver a white-glove customer service experience.
• Train and mentor junior technicians.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Handle programming, installation, orientation, and follow-up service calls.
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 2 years of experience managing others in a home automation and integrator environment.
• Competency in Wi-Fi/networking, home automation, surround sound and AV, home theater, security cameras, and alarm systems.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to resolve technical issues efficiently - utilizing any and all resources to provide solutions.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Strong customer service orientation.

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
