Responsibilities:
- Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting to ensure fiscal health.
- Manage daily office operations and supervise administrative staff.

- Coordinate with external auditors and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements to support strategic decision-making.
- Assist in payroll processing and employee benefits administration.
- Support marketing initiatives by managing budgets and tracking expenses.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in finance management or office supervision.
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and efficiency.

Compensation: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
