Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily store operations and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly sales targets.
- Implement effective merchandising strategies to enhance product visibility.
- Conduct regular inventory assessments and manage stock levels efficiently.
- Provide training and development opportunities for team members.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
- Analyze sales reports to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store environment.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in retail management, preferably in furniture or home goods.
- Strong leadership skills with a focus on team development and motivation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze sales data and make informed decisions.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in business or related field preferred.
- Familiarity with POS systems and retail software.
