About the Role:

Join AV & Security Solutions as an AV / Alarm Technician and be part of a dynamic team dedicated to enhancing safety and security through cutting-edge technology. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work with a variety of audio-visual and alarm systems, ensuring our clients receive top-notch service and support.

Responsibilities:

Install, configure, and maintain audio-visual systems and alarm systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for clients on-site and remotely.
Conduct regular system checks and preventive maintenance on equipment.
Provide exceptional customer service and technical support to clients.
Document installations, repairs, and maintenance activities accurately.
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion.
Stay updated on industry trends and new technologies related to AV and security systems.
Adhere to safety protocols and best practices during all installations and repairs.

Requirements:

Proven experience in audio-visual and alarm system installation and maintenance.
Technical certifications in AV or security systems preferred.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Willingness to travel to client locations as needed.
Basic knowledge of networking and wiring principles is a plus.

Compensation: $27.00 - $45.00 per hour
