About the Role:
Join Furniture Mart as a Retail Furniture Sales Consultant and be part of a dynamic team dedicated to transforming homes with beautiful furniture solutions. We are passionate about providing exceptional customer service and helping our clients find the perfect pieces for their spaces.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers to assess their furniture needs and preferences.
- Provide expert product knowledge and guidance on furniture selection.
- Maintain an inviting and organized showroom environment.
- Process sales transactions and follow up on customer orders.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and targets.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in furniture or home goods.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Customer-focused attitude with a passion for home design.
- Basic computer skills for processing sales and inventory management.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to lift and move furniture as needed.

Compensation: $38,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
