HVAC Repair Technician — Full Time
Wilson AC & Appliance is hiring a full-time HVAC Repair Technician to join our service team. We are looking for an experienced, reliable technician who specializes in HVAC diagnostics, repair, and customer service.
This is an HVAC-only technician role focused on residential service and repair. The position offers base pay plus commission, benefits, and steady full-time work.

Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems
- Perform service calls professionally and efficiently
- Communicate clearly with customers about repair options
- Provide accurate estimates and recommendations
- Maintain a clean, organized service vehicle
- Complete service notes, invoices, and paperwork accurately
- Follow company procedures and safety standards
Requirements
- HVAC repair experience required (3-5 Years)
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- EPA certification preferred
- Ability to work independently and manage daily service calls
- Professional appearance and strong customer service skills
- Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented

Qualifications:
- High school diploma/GED
- Associates degree or appliance repair certification preferred
- Previous experience as an Appliance Repair Technician is preferred
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- EPA 608 refrigerant recovery certification to work on air conditioners and refrigerators is preferred
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects
- Excellent customer service skills
Compensation: $70,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
