Join our dynamic team at Furniture Mart as a Retail Sales Associate in Gretna, LA! This exciting opportunity allows you to engage with customers, showcase our beautiful furniture collections, and help create dream living spaces.

Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service and build lasting relationships with clients.
Assist customers in selecting furniture and home decor that fits their needs and style.
Maintain knowledge of current promotions, sales, and product information.
Process transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale systems.
Ensure the sales floor is well-organized, stocked, and visually appealing.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; prior retail experience is a plus.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with customers effectively.
Basic math skills for processing transactions and handling cash.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Team player with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
