National Home Technology Sales Associate

Dreamedia is a national luxury home theater and technology company helping homeowners with home theater, smart-home automation, Josh AI, lighting and shading control, networking, and other premium residential technology. We already generate inbound customer opportunities through our brand, website, referrals, and marketing — we're looking for a driven, personable salesperson to claim and close leads.

This is a sales role, not a customer-service role. It starts part-time and flexible (approximately 15 hours per week) as a proving ground: strong performers earn more hours, better leads, and a path to Dreamedia Home Technology Advisor. Prior sales experience is required. Prior sales experience in A/V is strongly preferred.

What You'll Do

Respond quickly to new inbound leads by phone, text, and email
Qualify prospects and run discovery conversations on goals, timing, and budget
Schedule and lead phone or video consultations
Present proposals, handle objections, and ask for the sale
Follow up consistently and keep CRM records accurate
Loop in Dreamedia's technical specialists when a deal needs them

What We're Looking For

Hungry, competitive, coachable, and highly responsive
Comfortable on the phone and on video, discussing budget, and asking customers to commit
Organized and persistent about following up
Sales experience from an A/V background
Open to nontraditional hours; evening and weekend availability
Motivated by uncapped, performance-based earnings

Compensation

Starting at approximately $20/hour for approximately 15 hours/week, plus uncapped commission on commissionable profit

Growth Path

Strong performers progress to Dreamedia Home Technology Advisor, with specialty tracks in luxury residential technology.
